Summer Camp Rules

No pickup during class. We will not interrupt classes for pick up. Please be sure to pass this on to anyone who may be picking your child up during camp.

Please refer to the schedule for class times and for times when the camp is out of the studio. If you are planning to pick up before class but you are running late, just give us a call. We will bring your child up front to wait for you. If you will not arrive with 10 minutes after class time, we ask that you wait until after class to pick up.

A $5.00 late pickup fee will be charged every fifteen minutes after the advertised pickup time. The fee is due immediately upon pickup. We are sorry but no exceptions will be made. Your child will have long, activity filled days at camp. Please make arrangements to have him/her picked up on time.

Sign your child out every day before leaving the studio. Authorized pickups must show identification. We cannot release your child to anyone without your prior written authorization. Sorry, no additions to your list will be allowed over the phone.

Lunch is not included in your camp fees. Please be sure your child has a lunch when dropped off.

No skirts, skorts and short shorts, flip flops, Crocs, Heelies.

Clearly label all electronics, games and toys you allow your child to bring to camp. These items will be allowed but we reserve the right to discontinue this policy if they become a distraction.

NO CELL PHONES. Please take them when you drop off. We understand the need to keep in touch with your child. Should you need to speak with him/her, or your child need to speak with you, a member of our staff is available to connect you by phone.

* Note: as indicated in the waiver you signed at registration, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please do not allow your child to bring any items to camp if you are not willing to hold him/her responsible. None of the above mentioned items are allowed on pool and field trip days.

Be prepared to dress in the appropriate attire for each class. If your child is not prepared, they will be given loaners if available and you will be billed $2.00 per item. If loaners are not available the missing/unavailable attire will be billed to your account and provided to your child.

Cubbies are provided to ensure your child has his/her required attire daily. It is your choice to have him/her leave attire overnight during the week. Either way, the above policy will be enforced without exception. Click here to purchase extra uniforms and extra class t-shirts.

Although the cubbies are labeled with your child's name, we require his/her things be secured inside a closed bag at all times. Check the front desk for MAS logo bags or click here to purchase one from our Pro Shop. For class attire, we recommend the Cinch Sacs or Barrel Sport Bag. For gear, we recommend the Mesh Sport Bag, Barrell Sport Bag, Sport Bag, or Medium Sport Bag.

Pool: Going to the pool is a fun activity for the kids and staff alike. However, the safety of your child comes first.

No bikinis, tankinis, or short shorts. Board shorts or trunks required regardless of gender. Girls may wear a full suit or tank top that cover their midsection along with shorts.

Spray on sunscreen only. Our staff can assist in applying sunscreen only if it is a spray application.

A wet-clothes bag and towel are required.

Field trips: This is a very exciting time for all.

Our brightly colored field trip camp shirt is required. This allows for visual recognition of your child as part of our group in a crowd. Be sure to pack this shirt for your child to wear to the field trip each week. He/she will change into it after morning class the day of the trip. Sweaters or any clothing which may cover the shirt are not allowed. Wear long sleeves underneath instead. Click here to purchase a camp shirt from our online shirt shop. Please allow enough time for shipping!

If your child does not have a shirt, one will be billed to your account and provided to the child. If we do not have one available, you will be asked to provide one before the camp leaves for the trip or your child may not be able to participate fully; no exceptions.

Thank you for the opportunity to investigate and resolve any issues or concerns you may have during your child's enrollment! Please do not hesitate to approach us with any concerns or question. Remember, your child will report his/her feelings/concerns from a child's perspective. We examine all sides and do our best to fairly resolve all issues with your help.
